Commission delivery time (TAT):
The turnaround time depends on the kind of commission, how many commissions I have to work on, how many commissions came before yours and may also vary depending on other factors that might temporarily hinder me from working (I will always let you know if something that will delay the process is going to happen, like college exams or anything else).
Minimum: 2 days
Maximum: 5 months

DESIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Regarding adopts:

  • 1. If you own a design of mine, you can re-post it to other sites with proper credit

  • 2. You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid

  • NOTE: IF you actually have a life problem and is really badly in need of money you can ask for permission if you can sell my design you got on a TRADE, if it was via gift you can't

  • 3. You may not resell an adopt you got in a trade unless you paid for a commission and did a personal art and ONLY CHARGE the amout you paid for the commission or personal art worth

  • 4. NO REFUNDS. If you buy a adopt from me with payment plan and decide to give up after already paying something i WILL NOT be doing a refund

  • 5. I have the right to use the art I made of the design for self promotion and as a portfolio example. I'm free to post my artwork however I see fit

  • 6. Any bases and other reusable assets I create are not unique to each adopt and may be used again on future work

  • 7. Commercial use fee vary from what the character will be used for!

Design chages:

  • 1. Editing a design is possible as long as it's still recognisable, but ask me about it FIRST!

  • 2. Creating new characters with derivative designs based on the adopt is not allowed

  • 3. You may not make my designs into a closed species without permission

Ownership:

  • 1. You may not claim to be the creator of the design. You may not claim my art to be yours in any way

About Process:I'm sending three/four steps for you to check:
1) Sketch -> Lined -> Flat color -> Shading (if bought shaded commission)

Customs are taking much more steps!

  • 1. Please, be clear with your request. Provide clear references. Text references will not be accepted unless you're specifically commissioning a custom.

  • 1.1. Weird, bad or ill behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse and cancel your commission because of it.

  • 1.2. Payments will be sent on a invoice by me

  • 1.3. If you don’t want me to upload the artwork online because it's a gift for someone else, please ask me at the very start.

  • 1.4. I do not usually work on weekends (only if I feel like it), but I will still reply to your messages about WIPs, or any commission-related questions.

  • 1.5. If you're gonna pay through Paypal, you need to give me the EMAIL ADDRESS linked to your Paypal, as your @username may sometimes not show up for me.
